SENSOR SWITCH - Like two bikes in one, choose between using a Torque or Cadence sensor with Sensor Switch. Whether you want to feel the power on the pedals or just cruise, Aventon's Sensor Switch gives you the option to optimize your ride.
INTEGRATED REAR WHEEL LOCK - An integrated rear wheel lock adds an extra layor of security by immobilizing your bike when parked, preventing it from being easily rolled away. Controlled through the Aventon app or directly on the bike display, this lock deters theft and gives you peace of mind when leaving your bike unattended.
GPS TRACKING - With built in GPS, you can easily track your bike's location through the Aventon app, and even receive alerts if it's moved unexpectedly.
BOOST MODE - Available on all ACU-equipped, hub-driven ebike models, Boost Mode allows the rider to access up to 120% of specced torque and peak power for up to 30 seconds at a time. It turns steep hills into shortcuts and handles heavy hauls hassle-free.
HOLD MODE - Keep gravity at bay when you need a break. Hold Mode keeps your bike from rolling backwards when you need a break from walking it up an incline. Release the Walk Mode button to activate Hold Mode for up to 30 seconds at a time.
STARTUP PASSWORD - The optional startup password adds customizable security by allowing you to set a personal code on the bike's display, helping to prevent unauthorized use of your bike.

Technical Overview:
The Level 3 comes out of the box as a Class 2 ebike, with pedal assist and throttle. It can be unlocked to a Class 3 ebike. The Level 3 will also operate with the throttle unplugged and removed, should you want to ride in an area where throttles are prohibited or only Class 1 bikes are permitted. Aventon ebikes are built to the IPX6-rated standard. An IPX6 rating means the bike is protected against high-pressure water streams from any angle. This provides strong water resistance, so you can confidently ride in heavy rain or through puddles and mud. However, IPX6 does not mean waterproof—Aventon ebikes are not designed for full submersion. Avoid using a pressure washer or sprayer to clean your ebike, as pressurized water can still damage components. *Max range determined using PAS 1 throughout flat terrain with a rider weight of 160 lb.
